System Messages

Below is a list of system messages that may appear on the Account object during activation.

Each entry is structured as follows:

• Code — The unique identifier for the system message (shown as the section heading).
• Status — The account state associated with the message:
  • input_required — Additional details are needed before the account can be activated.
  • rejected — Account activation was declined. Review the message for the reason and next steps.
• Message — Guidance on what action to take to resolve the issue.

aadhar_card_not_masked

input_required Please share the masked aadhar card with us.

account_address_incomplete_provided

input_required The address provided appears to be incomplete or invalid. Please update the address as per your address proof

account_type_mismatch

rejected The entity type selected does not match the business documents shared. Please create new account with correct entity type as per the business documents shared.

additional_document_required

input_required The shared online presence profile is relatively new and does not clearly highlight the services offered. Please share 2–3 export invoices along with the corresponding FIRA copies. In the absence of these, a contract agreement or offer letter would also work

address_document_incomplete

input_required Please submit the front and back pages of the address document

address_document_not_active

input_required The address document shared has expired. Please share a valid address document

address_document_person_name_mismatch
